      Importance covers what is really important to your customers and what are not. For example: if most of your customers think on-site support is not very important, having a high satisfaction score on that will not significantly affect the bottom-line.

This type of planning works by looking at the whole picture and you then figure out how you are to get from one place to another.       How to Lead and Influence Change

      You know for years we have held the majestic eagle as our sign of a good leader. It soars so high above everyone else, has a beautiful wingspan, eyes that can see it’s prey from miles away and uncanny accuracy in getting it’s food. Definitely a leader. Definitely something we should admire and look up to. Definitely the way we should be if we want to lead, right?  Wrong!
